BLACK ROSE is a new vibrant theme on a log established restaurant establishment for over 13 years. This contemporary 50 seat restaurant is located in the vibrant City Center of Maple Ridge. It offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch and casual dining in the evening. Significant planning and creativity has gone into a revitalizing the decor with new furniture, dishes and decorating. All kitchen equipment is a custom fit for the location and has been well maintained. Seating and table were specifically designed and constructed to add the comfortable and welcoming decor. What has resulted, is a modern open kitchen Bistro concept that provides a relaxed and casual dining experience using high quality ingredients. This is a hands-on operation by the owner/chef and she is ably assisted by 4 part-time staff.
